What are the rental prices and options (hourly, daily, multi-day)?
After entering your dates in the reservation system, the price and only available products will be displayed.
What is the range on a single battery charge?
The range depends on many factors (terrain profile, rider’s weight, and selected assistance level).
For example, an 80kg rider with a 20kg load can ride between 50km and 80km in hilly terrain on a single charge.
What are the rental conditions (e.g., age limit, ID requirements)?
Minimum age is 18 years. Two photo IDs and a card payment of €0.01 are required.
Do you provide helmets and bike locks?
We offer a variety of accessories. A lock is included in the rental price; a small fee applies for a helmet.
What types of electric bikes are available (e.g., mountain, city)?
All our e-bikes are mountain bikes equipped for road use.
Is advance booking required?
Yes, but you can always call us to check availability without an online reservation.
What are the rules in case of damage or theft of the bike?
In case of damage, the cost will be assessed and deducted from the deposit.
Do you provide maps of recommended routes or trip suggestions in the area?
We work with the MAPY CZ app.
What is the maximum load capacity of the bike?
The maximum load is 140 kg including luggage.
Can I rent a bike with a child (e.g., child seat, bike trailer)?
Yes, we offer several options for children.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation due to bad weather or illness, we offer a new date or a refund minus a cancellation fee.
Do you provide technical support in case of issues during the ride?
For larger groups, we offer technical support services.
Where is the rental location and what are the opening hours?
Our headquarters is in Kalinkovo, 10 km from Bratislava. E-bikes can be delivered for a fee.
